What Retreats Typically Cost at Mandala House
We know pricing is one of the first questions retreat leaders have—and also one of the hardest to answer with a single number. Rather than hiding the details, we’re sharing a few real-world examples to give you a clear sense of what hosting a retreat at Mandala House looks like at different group sizes.
These examples are designed to help you decide if we’re a good fit before reaching out. Final pricing is always customized based on your dates, season, and how you want to use the space.

💳 Deposit Policy
To secure your retreat dates at Mandala House, we require the following payment schedule:
🔐 Deposit Schedule
25% of the base rental fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates.
50% of the total retreat balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
The remaining balance (100%) is due 60 days prior to the event start date.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance of your retreat are fully refundable.
Cancellations between 90 and 60 days prior to your retreat will receive a 50% refund of funds paid.
Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that retreat leaders purchase travel insurance or event cancellation insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected circumstances.
