Base Rental Fee
The property is available for rent at a flat rate, providing full access to all amenities and spaces, except for the primary suite. This approach ensures that there is a more affordable option, and you can choose to add the suite.

Additional Charges

For groups larger than 20, an additional charge of $35 per person will be applied.

Primary Suite Usage: The primary suite, offering enhanced privacy and luxury, is available for an additional $125 per night. This exclusive space is maintained for our use during our hosted retreats and requires additional preparation for guests as well as additional cleaning after guest stays.

Culinary Experience
We take pride in offering a culinary experience that complements your retreat. We are passionate about creating delicious, nourishing meals for you and your guests.

Hosting Events
Our retreat center offers a beautiful backdrop for your special events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. Whether you're planning a wedding, family reunion, corporate retreat, or any other event, our picturesque setting provides the perfect stage.

Event Size and Fees

Events for 40 - 100 Guests: A fee of $500 will apply for events hosting between 40 to 100 guests. This fee accommodates the additional wear on the property and ensures that every aspect of your event runs smoothly.

Events Over 100 Guests: For events expecting more than 100 guests, approval is required. Please contact us to discuss your event in detail, including your vision and requirements, so we can work together to create a memorable occasion.

Event Insurance
For the safety and assurance of all our guests and the property itself, all events require event insurance. This policy provides peace of mind, covering potential damages or liabilities that could arise during your event. Please ensure that your event is insured, as this is a prerequisite for booking an event at our retreat center.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. For cancellations made more than 60 days in advance, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations between 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival cannot be refunded.
